Warranty Terms and Conditions
ENERG1 offers one of the most straightforward and customer-friendly warranties in the industry.
Motorcycle (Two-Wheeler) and Three-Wheeler Batteries (up to 35Ah)
Covered by a 12-month full replacement warranty.
If a manufacturing defect occurs within 12 months, the battery is replaced with a brand-new unit.
All Other Batteries (38Ah and above)
Including Car, SUV, Van, Lorry, Bus, and Commercial Vehicle batteries, are covered by an 18-month full replacement warranty.
Optional Extended Warranty
For car batteries and above, customers may opt for an additional 6-month warranty extension at an extra cost.

Island-Wide Warranty Coverage
Warranty service or replacement can be obtained at any ENERG1 showroom across Sri Lanka.
You are not restricted to the original purchase location.
How to Claim Your Warranty
- Bring the battery and warranty card to any ENERG1 showroom
- Our technicians will test the battery on-site
- If a manufacturing defect is confirmed and the battery is within warranty, an immediate replacement is provided
- You can also request our Mobile Service or Emergency Assistance Service

Delivery & Emergency Assistance
ENERG1 provides island wide delivery and emergency battery assistance for customer convenience.
If you're stranded or unable to visit a showroom, assistance can be arranged through your nearest ENERG1 branch.
No Dealer Approvals. No Delays.
- Unlike traditional dealer-based brands, ENERG1 manages all warranty claims directly
